New Things

Last week was a week of new things and beginnings.

The Beginners' Spanish course began last Wednesday, 6-7pm, and the Beginners' Italian course started yesterday at 7pm. These courses will run for six weeks and cost £30. Beginners' French still has open places, so get in touch if you're interested. If you've missed your chance to study the language you wanted this time, please get in touch as I'm sure we'll be hosting some more classes soon.

We started up our Facebook Page, where you'll find information about all our latest classes and events, like the Meditation and Indian Head Massage Workshop on the 19th of March, or the Children's Easter Party on the 16th of April. Be sure to Like us to keep up to date.

Our new Twitter account has been set up, which will be hosting key updates on courses, classes, sales, updates and more. The feed can be found at the bottom of this blog, but remember to follow us for all the latest updates.

You can find access to both of these feeds from our website, www.charleneptstudio.com.
If it's the shop you're interested in, be sure to visit www.paolas.co.uk.

Our Weight Management Course is due begin soon. £40 for eight weeks of guidance on managing your weight, healthy eating and exercising more.

The meditation clases, which will be held by Carol Musgrove of Clearwater Therapies, are also due to start soon. Beginning in the first week of April, the classes will run Tuesday mornings 7-7.45am and Wednesday evenings, 7-8pm, from £3 for the shorter class, and £4 for the longer.

The new Boot Camp is proving popular, with the Monday morning class from 6-7 am, the Wednesday classes from 6-7am and pm, and the Sunday night class 6-7pm all meeting at Paolas for and hour's training on the beach. You might think it's a bit cold in this weather, but with all that exercise to keep you warm, you won't even feel it. A fun, informal way to keep fit.

Mini footballers is proving as popular as ever, with boys and girls alike. Our Monday morning class (11.30am-12.15pm) is still held inside Paolas, while the Saturday class (11.30am-12.15pm) has moved to the local St. Mary the Virgin Church on Claremount Gardens. Be sure to let us know if you're interested in bringing your little ones along!
